MMFEC was hired by Evo to investigate Shiawase-owned Red Blossom Clinic, where illegal research was allegedly done on unsuspecting metahuman patients who had signed up for a study.
After Ma1nfram3 enrolled in the study, MFEC broke in the clinic and ultimately freed all the patients held there. This caused the deactivation of the implants that had cured them of blindness and deafness (Ep 9 to Ep 11.
Dr. Kim was employed at Red Blossom Clinic at the start of MMFEC's run.
